The location was marvellous and particularly good, right by Torre del Galgario. The staff was nice and provided excellent service. I had central heating, TV set, and a microwave oven in the spacious room.

Our stay at the hotel was great value for money. The room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic - beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central station and right in the center of town. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly cared for.

As per personal experience, I found the heating to be at times inadequate.

The apartment had a lot of space and natural light. It was also conveniently located close to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was charming and had plenty of interesting local amenities.

The apartment can be quite noisy, especially in the early morning. The sound of the church bells became quite annoying and disrupted our sleep.

The rooms at Donizetti Royal were so cozy and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. The premium bedding and separate sitting areas were a nice touch. Plus, the air conditioning kept me cool and relaxed throughout my stay. The free WiFi was a great addition too.

During my recent stay at Donizetti Royal, I had a small issue with the check-in process. The office where we were supposed to collect the keys closed earlier than expected. However, the host was incredibly responsive and came to our rescue, even biking over to give us the keys personally. He apologized for the misunderstanding and made sure everything was resolved perfectly. It truly showed how much he cared about his guests' satisfaction.
